Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

Corporate social responsibility has always been incorporated into Raffa’s business strategy.

We believe societal ills and pressing issues in our communities are the responsibility of all sectors of society to address and resolve. Since the firm was founded as an instrument to effectuating positive systemic change in 1984, Raffa has accomplished its mission through both its professional services and through its public service activities. For Raffa, the two are inseparable. ​Each year, Raffa aspires to contribute 10% of its previous year gross revenue in combined cash, in-kind and probono support to the community.

One of the company’s sustaining principles has always been our commitment to giving of time, expertise and money. Today, our primary CSR goals are to:

  • Support our clients and our employees in their efforts to make a difference

  • Advance the model and projects of Companies for Causes to create positive and sustainable impact
