Community Impact ​denim days

Raffa organizes a monthly Denim Day to promote employee charitable contributions. One Friday each month,  employees get the chance to dress down and wear jeans in exchange for making a contribution to support a community nonprofit.

The beneficiary organizations are always nominated by an employee, and often times they are ones that employees are affiliated with through their Board service.  CEO, Tom Raffa, then matches the total contribution raised each month to support the charity.​
