    For Treasurers, Audit and Finance committee chairs, and members of the Board of Directors;
    CEOs, Executive Directors, COOs and CFOs:

    This discussion educates and equips Board members and senior executives of nonprofit organizations with better understanding of their fiduciary and oversight responsibilities and the roles of an audit committee. It will help with the understanding of the relationship between the audit and finance committee and the external auditors, and provide some insight in choosing and working with the external auditors.
    The discussion will also include a walk-through of federal Form 990 with a focus on what audit and finance committee members and senior management should be aware of to minimize risks to them and the organization. No matter what your experience level is: considering, new, or seasoned member – we are confident you will walk away more informed.

    A toolkit of related items will be available post event!
