Shift Series brings together 200+ students and alumni from leading national universities, social and tech entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and corporate executives for a multi-disciplinary discussion around how we can prepare the next generation of socially conscious leaders. This year we have over 50 inspiring local, national, and international leaders present to offer their wisdom and advice in primarily small group sessions.​ Speakers from Raffa include: Tom Raffa on the Future of Social Entrepreneurship, Kathy Raffa on Intrapreneurship, Gery Ivanova on Women and Minorities in Leadership, and Cliff Yee and Joe Weedon on Careers in Social Impact and B Corps.

In collaboration with our sponsors, Raffa hosted a one-day summit that convened nonprofits, progressive funders, social enterprises and corporate leaders to explore ways in which we can expand our vision and reach to realize our collective goal of achieving positive social outcomes while maintaining viability.

In collaboration with our sponsors, Raffa's Nonprofit Empowerment Summit convened business and nonprofit leaders, policy makers, financial and legal strategists, funders and fundraisers, researchers and academicians, social entrepreneurs and practitioners to explore how our actions will impact future generations in the years to come and step into a possibility that invites and facilitates progress.
